| dc.description.abstract | Se evaluó el efecto del flunixin meglumine (FM) sobre la longitud de la fase lútea (LFL) y del ciclo estral (LCE) de ovejas Pelibuey, tratadas, IM por ocho días, a partir del día 11 del ciclo estral (estro = día 0) con a) grupo testigo (GT, n = 14) 1.5 ml agua estéril una vez al día (06:00 h) b) FM-1 (n = 14) 2.2 mg kg-1 de FM una vez al día (06:00 h) y c)FM-2 (n = 15) 4.4 mg kg-1 de FM dos veces por día (06:00 y 18:00 h). La LFL (16.0 ± 0.51 d) y LCE (20.5 ± 0.47 d) fueron mayores (p < 0.05) en el grupo FM-2 que en el GT (11.75 ± 0.51 y 17.23 ± 0.47 d, respectivamente) y el FM-1 (13.29 ± 0.55 y 18.76 ± 0.47 d, respectivamente). | |
